We require a minimum order value of £5 (before packaging cost) for all online orders.
Standard* UK delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. And we will endeavour to despatch all orders within 48 hours of payment being received. If 2nd class post is not available due to the weight of your order, it will be sent out as appropriate – e.g by Standard Parcel Service

Whilst postage is FREE, a small charge of £1 will be made on all orders, to cover some of the packaging costs incurred in ensuring your delivery reaches you in pristine condition. Should any item be out of stock, your order will be sent on to you, and the outstanding item(s) posted on – with no extra packaging charge – as soon as is possible. In this event, you will be contacted and informed prior to despatch.
Returns Policy
Before returning any item, please contact us so that we know to expect your parcel. If returning items by Royal Mail, we would advise that you get a 'proof of posting' so that in the unlikely event of the item being lost in the post, you will be able to follow it up with a claim to the Post Office, as we can, of course, only refund on any items that we actually receive.
All items for exchange, credit or refund must be returned to us within 7 days of their receipt by the customer. Only faulty items will be considered for exchange outside of this period.
Goods found to be faulty on their receipt will be replaced, or the purchase price refunded, on their return to us.
Where articles are accepted for refunds, postage may not be refunded, if the article is a replacement for an item incorrectly ordered.
Items that have been specially ordered, that are not a normal stock line, can not be accepted for refund.
Please ensure that all packages have the correct postage paid on them. We do not accept any deliveries that need surcharges paid.
We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of receipt of the returned goods, plus please allow 5 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
If you are returning an item(s) for exchange, PLEASE ensure that it is returned to us in perfect condition, complete with any appropriate packaging.
